About Thomas J. Costantini, CFP®
Thomas J. Costantini, CFP®, is the firm’s founder and principal. Tom holds a BA in U.S. History, an MS in Financial Planning with a
concentration in wealth management and is a Certified Financial Planner™. Over the course of his career Tom has worked as both a
commission based advisor for large national firms and as a fee-only advisor for smaller independent firms. He has seen firsthand how the
compensation structure of commission based advisors can influence the advice given, to the client’s detriment. Simply put, when the
advisors incentives are not aligned with the interests of clients the client suffers.
Tom was born and raised on Boston’s North Shore and has lived in Beverly for over 20 years. Believing it is important to give back to the
community he has served on the human rights committee for Bass River Inc. for over 25 years. Bass River provides residential services and
day programs for retarded adults with the goal of providing a normal living environment which protects the rights and dignity of their clients.
